Dosage:  Add one to two scoops of protein powder per day in a green or fruit smoothie or just add it to 9 ounces of water or milk substitute like almond milk or coconut milk and shake vigorously.

Points of Interest:  Comes in both chocolate and vanilla flavor.  There are tons of protein powders on the market but we chose this one because it is truly vegan based using pea protein instead of whey or soy.  It also does not have any added chemicals or preservatives and uses natural forms of sugar.
