The strap can be cut to fit tubing, square rails, and irregular shapes from 12.7mm to 65.5mm (0.5" to 2.58") in diameter, making it a quick, tool-less mount for bikes, exercise equipment, and rails of all kinds. It rotates through 180 degrees for the right viewing angle.
