One wort underwent a spontaneous fermentation in a fresh red Bordeaux barrel, the other in one of Mills' favourite and much used barrels, brimming with house culture. Twenty one months later, the two were blended, bottled and held back for further bottle maturation.

PLEASE NOTE: This beer is limited to 1 per customer and we have a minimum order of £25. This is because we are operating with a very small team and the courier system is at absolute capacity right now - packing and sending single bottle orders is not a good use of time or resources.
