Do these include the backplate? No, these are the cup ends only. You need a RAM® Tab-Tite™ or Tab-Lock™ backplate (RAM-HOL-ACU) to build a complete cradle.
Will they fit my iPad mini in a LifeProof case? No, these are not compatible with the iPad mini 1-3 in a LifeProof case. They suit light-duty cases within the dimensions above.
