Alla vista si presenta con un colore rosso granato, tendente all’aranciato chiaro. Al naso, note sottospirito si alternano a richiami di fiori secchi e spezie, arricchiti da un sentore di polvere di cacao. Entra in bocca con un sorso fasciante, elegante e suadente grazie ai tannini, finemente levigati.Un Carema Riserva DOC che non ha nulla da temere nel confronto con i cugini più blasonati, Barolo e Barbaresco, prodotti nelle Langhe: il nebbiolo in questa bottiglia targata Cantina Produttori Nebbiolo di Carema emerge con tutta la propria personalità, grazie a profumi caldi e avvolgenti che aprono a un sorso vellutato e armonico. Le uve, accuratamente selezionate, dopo la vinificazione affinano per tre anni, di cui almeno dodici mesi in botti di rovere e i rimanenti in vetro. Da provare: ne rimarrete piacevolmente sorpresi.
Ideale con i secondi piatti a base di carne, sia bianca che rossa. Perfetto anche con la selvaggina e con i formaggi stagionati a pasta dura, è assolutamente da provare con il cervo all’aostana.

Shelf wobbles and sits at an inclined angle after mounted.

While the shelf looks nice, it didn't work as it should. I anchored and screwed in the black metal bracket pretty well, and it stays perpendicular to the wall and doesn't wiggle or wobble one bit. But as soon as I slide in the wooden shelf, the whole shelf wiggles and settles at an inclined angle. Putting in the two screws down on the shelf did nothing to help with the wobbliness. I may have to glue down certain big decoration in fear of it sliding down the shelf, though that may be a bit overcautious and exaggerating.
