Hij heeft een uitstekende zuurgraad die een zachte frisheid geeft en de mond vult bij elke slok. De fijne en elegante bubbels glijden als een zeester tingelend over het palette. Wat deze Cava bijzonder maakt, is dat er gebruik wordt gemaakt van oude wijnstokken met diepliggende wortels die veel smaak
Deze Cava Brut Nature Reserva is fris en licht in de mond. Hij heeft aroma's van witte bloemblaadjes en rijpfruit met een overwicht van grapefruit. Hij heeft een uitstekende zuurgraad die een zachte frisheid geeft en de mond vult bij elke slok. De fijne en elegante bubbels glijden als een zeester tingelend over het palette.
Wat deze Cava bijzonder maakt, is dat er gebruik wordt gemaakt van oude wijnstokken met diepliggende wortels die veel smaak bovenhalen. Ze geven deze Cava body en diepgang. De druiven zijn afkomstig van Cal Cassanyes, de enige wijngaard van het domein dat op 150m boven zeeniveau ligt. Het terroir is hier arm met wat kalkachtige en zanderige leem. Deze wijngaard wordt biologisch geteeld. Het oogsten gebeurt met de hand met de druiven in kratten van 20 kg. Daarna worden de druiven geselecteerd op een sorteertafel. De gisting vindt plaats bij een lage temperatuur om de aroma's van de druiven te behouden. De wijn rijpt 3 maanden sur lie in vaten en daarna 20 maanden op fles.

Not what was expected

The shirt did not match the image on the website. While it is a button-down collar, the buttons are concealed, rather than exposed, and the material is polyester or nylon, giving the shirt a plastic sheen, which I do not like. The image on the website showed exposed buttons, and with tremors in my hands, exposed buttons are hard enough to secure.
