The Phaetus Conch Hotend Plus delivers optimised high flow performance, designed to meet the demands of high-speed and high-volume 3D printing. With upgraded materials offering exceptional wear resistance, this hotend ensures long-lasting, reliable operation.

Featuring a silicon carbide nozzle and EndCoat™ coated heat break, the Conch Hotend Plus provides double wear-resistant protection, extending the service life up to 7 times longer than ordinary hardened steel nozzles. This durability is ideal for high-performance printing, reducing maintenance and ensuring consistent results.

Additionally, the patented rigid kinematic coupling system offers high rigidity and protects the heat break from deformation, guaranteeing smooth operation and prolonged use in demanding applications.
