To put on, simply press your toes down to attached the binding to your NNN boot's bar. To remove, use your ski pole to apply pressure to the top of the binding to pop it off. This binding is intended for light use, great for recreational skiers and children. These bindings require screw-on mounting. If you are not comfortable mounting bindings, ask us or a local shop to do it for you! For the DIYers, pre-drill pilot holes and use waterproof glue on hole prior to screwing on ski. Regular Version has longer screws and is intended for skis with more thickness to avoid damage when installing. Junior version comes with smaller screws for smaller skis.

Great for walking all day at work as well

I walk approximately 10 miles a day at work, in a manufacturing setting. On concrete with steel toe shoes. My feet have been begging me to change from the socks that I have worn for years. I have worn these other name brand socks for probably 10 years. So, change was obviously something I had to be pushed into. I got on Amazon and searched for training socks. I read the description.
