The fryer's temperature range is 130°C to 190°C, and it is powered by two 6kW power types with voltage options of 230V or 400V.
The Lincat J12 fryer is made of high-quality grade 304 stainless steel with fully welded tanks for added strength and easy cleaning. The fryer has hinged elements and a safety cut-out feature, which makes it easy to access the tank for cleaning. The heavy-duty double nickel-plated spun wire baskets, batter plates, and stainless steel lids are supplied as standard, making the fryer an excellent value. Additionally, the front-mounted controls and front oil drain tap ensure safe working practices.
