On the stage or video/photo shoot gaffer tape pitches in as a full-fledged member of the team, but after the gig it tends to leave an unsightly, sticky mess behind. Those days are gone now that the Defender EXA-TAPE® is here. It was developed entirely with today's stage, audio/video, and worksite needs in mind and can be peeled off without leaving any marks behind.

As a high-quality cloth adhesive tape or - as the experts say - "gaffer tape", EXA-TAPE® is used in professional applications. The hand-tearable tape can be easily and cleanly ripped off without any hanging threads. The secret to its success is spun rayon fabric. EXA-TAPE® is coated with a special natural rubber adhesive and sticks to nearly all surfaces. Residue-free removal is also possible despite the tape being very adhesive.

STICK HARD BUT LEAVE NO TRACES

This is not only true of the tape's ability to stick to things and be cleanly removed, but also reflects our beliefs and ambitions to produce sustainable products and packaging. That's how packaging is held together without glue and made from recycled material.

Reusable ERGO-Core

The ERGO-Core comes in handy during frequent use. This dispenser works much like a ball bearing and allows tape to be applied smoothly. The ERGO-Core dispenser is made out of two inter-connectable plastic parts for repeated use. It is simply inserted into the tape sleeve and is thus universally usable. European Patent registered 3564167 (pending).

EXA-TAPE® comes in a variety of colors: in black matt for when you don't want spotlights to be reflected, and in black glossy, silver glossy, and white glossy for when you want to label or mark important positions, for example.

Cheaply made but functional

Pros: The headrest is highly adjustable. Even if you're tall you'll likely be able to tilt it so that you can rest your head on it while reclining. The instructions for putting it together are easy to follow. It's perfectly serviceable as a desk chair with no glaring defects. The mesh material keeps your body cool and dry even when sitting in it all day. Cons It's obviously very lightweight and cheaply made. This does make the chair easier to move, but this doesn't really feel like a $180 chair at all. More like a $120 or even $100 chair. The chair back is attached to the chair seat by a plastic bracket. Nearly every desk chair I've had in the past has had their back attached to the bottom with a metal bracket, and even those start to bend out of shape after a year or so. While reclining a good portion of your weight will be resting on this plastic bracket, and I simply cannot see this cheap plastic lasting for very long supporting anyone's body weight over a long period of time. If you buy this chair, make sure to get the warranty. The armrests are closer together than on most chairs, which creates a claustrophobic feeling of being squeezed by them. You get used to it eventually, and you can just put the armrests up if you want to, but a way to adjust the armrest width would have been nice. The lumbar support doesn't really do anything at all. It only presses against my back at the most intense setting, and even then not very much. There is no incremental recline setting. Either you are fully reclined, or sitting fully upright. Luckily the full recline setting is about perfect for me, but for a $180 chair you'd expect a bit more settings here.

Was also super simple to put together although I did have to crank on the screws that attach the back of the arm rest to the back of the chair. If you’re looking for a place to plant your butt for 8 hours, this is your chair.

Very comfortable with good lower-back support
Most comfortable, well made, easy assembly office-gaming chair (very pleased)! *I suggest, HOLD-OFF popping the seat onto the upper-cylinder until AFTER assembling the back-rest onto the seat/arm-seat with back-rest as a unit...can then be popped onto the upper gas-cylinder(Much more stable than fighting with chair freely rolling and turning) while attempting to aligning the holes assembling the back-rest. Afterwards the seat with back-rest assembled can easily be popped onto to the upper-end of the gas-cylinder and we are good to go! * do pay attention to using the correct bubble-packed bolts for each assembly, as directed * all the holes align -up very precisely... so if screwing in the bolt(s) and after a couple-turns it gets hard-to-turn, we are 'cross-threading the bolt into the threaded hole...so back-out and realign the bolt as so it threads in very easy. * the bubble-pack of bolts are clearly labeled so as we easily know which ones go where. *0ne bubble-packet even includes a spare group just in case we lost one (like out in the grass-lawn)? * Included a T-handle alien-head wrench (all needed for total assembly) very nice for having around if any re-tightening needed. all speaks Quality! >>> Been using about a month now...And I REALLY like this office gaming chair _ very comfortable cushioned well and excellent lower-back support _ the faux-leather seems to be more thick and durable and stitching is NOT ripping-out (as my previous & more expensive chair had done with it's paper-thin faux leather) _ easy assembled chair seems very sturdy and solid, (yet light weight), in moving around, (not some wobbly contraption as my previous more expensive chair). _ a strong Five-Star rating!
