Released by SCI in 1980, the original instrument was essentially two of the revolutionary P5 programmable synths in one behemoth dual-manual case, plus a "poly sequencer" built into the bottom-manual end cheek. It could be configured to play as two independent five-voice synths, a single ten-voice synth, dual-patch layered, or alternating between layers with each keystroke.
P-10 exactingly reproduces all that is exceptional in this legendary classic, including the original P5 and P10 factory presets, while boosting its astonishing feature set for today's music production and workflow, and celebrating 50 years of groundbreaking innovation from the company that changed the music industry forever.
We've modeled each aspect of P-10 with the utmost care, from the Curtis 3340 oscillators and 3320 filters to its unmistakable oscillator sync. Although maintaining "the sound" was at the forefront of our mission, we've added thoughtful updates to modernize the user experience, including an expanded 16-voice per layer polyphony, a four-track step sequencer, velocity, polyphonic aftertouch, and keyboard split. P-10's impressive modulation powers include Mono Mod with LFO/Noise source mix, the renowned and innovative Poly Mod, with individual voice modulation paths, an Aux Mod section that extends upon the original's Pedal Mod capabilities, and a newly added Pressure Mod section with support for mono and polyphonic aftertouch. We've also added a second panel with an arpeggiator and complete effects section for each layer, including a fully independent assignable independent LFO section and modulation of key effects parameters via aftertouch.
P-10's comprehensive MIDI mapping capabilities and over 500 professional presets -- including the original P5 and P10 factory patches -- make it a must-have virtual instrument that will thrill both vintage synth enthusiasts and today's music producers.

- Mono Mod allows LFO and/or noise to modulate frequency and pulse-width of both oscillators, filter cutoff, and amplitude
- Aux Mod extends the original Pedal Mod section to any MIDI hardware control, allowing mod of oscillator frequencies, filter cutoff, VCA amplitude, or Mono-Mod amount
- Per-layer drift control subtly varies oscillator and filter parameters for authentic analog character
- Extensive layer utility functions for duplicating and exchanging synthesis and effects parameters between layers and presets Step Sequencer consisting of four individual monophonic sequences, each with a user-definable length of up to 128 steps, assignable to either layer, and stored individually with each preset

My Dog's Favorite Balls

Our perfect chew toy for a relentless chewer!

We have looked high and low for a ball that our Australian Shepherd couldn't destroy. Read on to find out why we are sticking with this one.
We've used other Chuckit! products in the past to mixed degrees of success. We absolutely love the ring fetch toy, though the dog can destroy those rings in a couple days. We tried other "nearly indestructible" balls only to have to throw them away within a couple days because our dog had destroyed them and left small pieces around the house for the baby to find.
We have been COMPLETELY satisfied by these balls. They fit with the Chuckit! stick, which is a great bonus, but the most important thing is the dog hasn't been able to get pieces torn out of them. His orange one is his "indoor toy" and he's been going to town on it for weeks without any indication of wear. We periodically inspect it and are always floored to see that it's generally in the same condition as when we gave it to him.
The orange color did fade a little when he left it outside for a few days in the sun, but considering how well it works otherwise, this didn't concern us at all.
The "whistling" aspect of this ball is... well, an interesting gimmick but I wouldn't buy it if that's what you're interested in. Sometimes it makes noise in flight, other times it doesn't. We don't care. He chews it until he's tired of it (which is usually hours) and it squeaks and squorks on his teeth which keeps him happy as a clam.
We honestly didn't think we'd find a ball that could keep up with his chewing, but this one has been phenomenal. We cannot recommend it enough!

So Far So Good
I adopted a young adult dog less than 2 weeks ago. She had spent over 12 hours a day in a crate and has excessive energy and anxiety built up. She is a strong chewer. So far, out of 6 toys, this is the only one still in one piece. It appears sturdy and extra bouncy. So much better than regular tennis balls.

My dogs favorite!
My dogs love these! They will play all day if you'd let them, these balls are their favorites. I use the chuck-it handle and they get tons of exercise in the big yard!
