The CD features the complete February 1964 Ed Sullivan Show performances and the February 11 Washington Coliseum concert, presented for the first time on CD with upgraded stereo remastering. Using advanced demix technology, the original mono TV and film audio has been faithfully restored to stunning stereo, offering a dramatic improvement over all previous releases.
The DVD presents the complete 2024 documentary film chronicling The Beatles’ legendary first visit to the U.S., from their arrival at JFK Airport on February 7, press conferences, interviews, and photo sessions, to highlights from the Ed Sullivan Show and Washington Coliseum performance. Blending archival footage with retrospective interviews, it provides a definitive new perspective on the event that shook America.
With selectable stereo/5.1 surround sound, English and Japanese subtitles, and a wealth of bonus content including newly edited videos and trailers, this long-awaited special edition is an essential document of The Beatles’ triumphant U.S. debut in February 1964.
