Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier?s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer?s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. Hassle free experience!
Very impressed by how easy it was to file a claim online. I was expecting a hassle or a run around to make it more work than necessary, to discourage claims, but nope, super simple! I initially thought I would get a replacement product, but instead, they sent an Amazon e-gift card, which was even better, since the price of the product went up from when I originally bought it. With the gift card, I was able to replace it with a cheaper item. Definitely worth the low cost insurance!
