Do you need to replace your current band saw because your shop has out grown it, or just looking for a new one to increase production? Then look at the BS-20M-DM dual mitering band saw from Baileigh Industrial. The BS-20M-DM has evolved from the original BS-20M to what you see here, an easy to use dual mitering band saw. The BS-20M-DM is a dual mitering saw with capabilities to miter 45° left and 60° right with just a flick of the wrist and a push or pull of the head. The BS-20M-DM band saw also incorporates a heavy duty in feed table and out feed table to help save strain on the operator.
The BS-20M-DM is available in 220V or 440V three phase (440v special order) and uses a 1-1/4” blade for speed and accuracy. This is a big improvement over the original. Baileigh Industrial has changed the drive system on the BS-20M-DM. It now uses an inverter drive that allows for infinite blade speed adjustments from 69 to 306 feet per minute. The inverter, along with hydraulic descent pressure, allows the operator to select the proper speed and feed rate to increase cut quality and blade life.
The Baileigh Industrial BS-20M-DM dual mitering band saw is built to the highest quality standards on the market and will offer any fabrication or machine shop decades of precision sawing.
