Tinariwen, the pioneering, Grammy-winning Tuareg collective, share a new limited edition picture disc vinyl. It features the four bonus tracks that originally appeared on the deluxe edition of their acclaimed ninth studio album Amatssou. Lead single ‘He Layla’ is inspired by a traditional song from the Djanet region (where the Amatssou album was recorded). In typical Tinariwen fashion, the song tells the story of the past when the Sahara was under the French colony – poetry using metaphors of the wild life of the desert.

In the two decades since Tinariwen emerged from their base in the African desert to tour the globe, they have got to know many renowned country, folk, and rock musicians from the USA including Kurt Vile, Stephen O'Malley, Jack White, and Wilco. Tuareg nomads and cowboy drifters. Camel trains and mustang horses. The timeless horizon of the endless Sahara and the wild frontier of the Old West - several thousand miles of ocean may divide the desert blues of Tinariwen and the authentic country music of rural America but the links are as palpable as they are romantic.

Extremely fine shimmer- the air bulb works well for application- Even and controllable

This is a great way to apply a very fine sparkle. The shimmer is very very finely ground and it sprays out evenly with this air bulb. It does have a lid so there's no chance on it getting everywhere unless you leave the lid off. It also comes with a little plug in the hole so there's two mechanisms there to keep the glitter in the bottle when not in use it's very easy to use and apply and the spray pattern is very even. I got the golden shimmer which looks great with a tan or if you have warmer undertones in your skin. It doesn't require any sort of setter or glue + doesn't have any fragrance. It's a small bottle so it doesn't take up a lot of room.

I actually bought this product (one can) so I could spray this on my small area of frog ornaments and rocks by our pool. *The product does not state it is intended for craft use. Half the glitter I sprayed survived a serious thunderstorm we had one night a week or two ago! I did end up spraying some glitter on my arm, it’s really pretty, subtle, small size glitter, but definitely noticeable outside. You can make your layers as thin or thick as you like. The glitter comes out of the can like hairspray.
