This unit also contains up to 512 different recipes, offering establishments plenty of options for cooking. This unit has been specifically designed for those busy commercial kitchens such as restaurants, hotels and pastry shop.
This unit also provides a core temperature probe, this allows the chef to confirm if the product is thoroughly cooked and at the desired temperature. A grill is also manufactured within this unit, giving the option of a different cooking method, convenienant for different chefs and kitchens.
Several wash programs are also featured within this unit, offering a range of washes from short, medium, long, grill and rinse to ensure that everything is thoroughly cleaned depending on how dirty the unit is. A built in timer also allows you to set how long the food is stored inside and alert you once this has been reached.
