Choose beep only, vibration only, or both together, and dial the sensitivity up or down across seven levels to match your dog's size, temperament, and bark volume. Soft silicone massage contacts make even the vibration mode gentle on skin. No shocks, no pain — just a consistent, calm interruption that helps your dog learn when barking isn't needed.
Voice-activated bark detection
The built-in microphone picks up the vibration and sound of your dog's bark and triggers the response automatically — no manual input needed. Works hands-free from the moment the collar is fitted. Particularly useful for dogs like Beagles, Huskies, and German Shepherds who bark persistently, as the response is consistent every single time, which is what training requires.
3 output modes
Switch between warning beep, vibration, or beep and vibration together. Most owners start with beep only for nervous or sensitive dogs like Cavalier King Charles Spaniels or Whippets, then move to vibration if the sound alone doesn't register. The green LED confirms sound mode is active; red confirms vibration — so you always know what's set without guessing.
7 sensitivity levels
Fine-tune the detection threshold across seven steps. Lower sensitivity means the collar only triggers on loud, sustained barking — good for larger breeds with deep barks like Labradors or Rottweilers, or in busy environments where background noise could cause false triggers. Higher sensitivity catches shorter, quieter barks from smaller breeds like Chihuahuas, Shih Tzus, or Maltese. Getting this right for your dog makes all the difference.
Silicone massage contacts
Most bark collars use hard metal probes that dig into the skin — the HushPup™ uses soft silicone heads instead. They sit against the skin without pressure points, and because the contact is gentler, the collar can be worn for longer periods comfortably. Safe for dogs with sensitive skin, and far less likely to cause the coat-thinning that metal probes can cause with prolonged use.
USB rechargeable — no batteries
Charges via the included USB cable at 5V DC — plug it into a phone charger, laptop, or power bank. No hunting for the right battery size, no unexpected flat mid-walk. A full charge takes about an hour and the collar holds charge well between sessions.

Honest notes
It won't work for every dog. Sound and vibration correction is enough for many dogs, but high-drive barkers — some working breeds like Border Collies and Jack Russell Terriers in full arousal — may learn to ignore it. If your dog is barking reactively at specific triggers, this collar works best alongside positive reinforcement training, not as a standalone fix.
It can't tell your dog's bark from the neighbour's dog. In a multi-dog household or busy park, nearby barking may trigger the collar. Set sensitivity to a lower level in these environments to reduce false activations.
Not for puppies under 6 months or dogs under 3.5kg. The vibration stimulus is calibrated for adult dogs. Small breeds like Chihuahuas or Toy Terriers should be at minimum adult weight before using this collar.
Not fully waterproof. Splash-resistant for outdoor use in normal conditions, but keep it away from swimming and heavy rain. Dry the USB port before charging.

Questions & answers
Does this collar use electric shocks?
No. The HushPup™ uses sound (beep) and vibration only — there is no static shock mode at all. It's a humane training tool designed to interrupt barking without causing pain or distress.
What size and breed is it suitable for?
The adjustable strap fits most breeds from small to large — Cockapoos, Labradors, Border Collies, Boxers, French Bulldogs. We recommend it for dogs over 3.5kg and at least 6 months old. It's not designed for toy breeds under 3.5kg (Chihuahuas, Toy Poodles) or puppies, as the stimulus is calibrated for adult dogs.
How do I switch between modes?
Press the output function selection button on the top of the unit to cycle through beep, vibration, and beep + vibration. The LED indicators show which mode is active — green for sound, red for vibration. Both LEDs on means both modes are active.
How do I set the right sensitivity for my dog?
Start at a mid-level setting (around 3–4) and observe whether the collar triggers on your dog's bark without triggering on background noise. If it's firing on other sounds, lower the sensitivity. If your dog is barking without triggering it, raise it. Smaller breeds with higher-pitched barks (Yorkies, Maltese, Pomeranians) generally need higher sensitivity; larger breeds with deep barks (Labradors, Boxers, German Shepherds) work better on lower settings.
Can I use it when my dog is home alone?
Yes — the fully automatic detection means it works without you present. Many owners use it specifically for separation anxiety barking. We'd recommend a trial run while you're home first, so you can verify the sensitivity is set correctly and your dog is responding as expected before leaving them with it unsupervised.
