Suggestions
Directions: Shake bottle well. Apply 2 pumps to each affected area. Rub in briskly until absorbed. Repeat. Allow to air dry. Put on compression. Use as needed. Knee sleeve: Measure around the leg from knee cap to back of knee. SM/MD fits 13-1/2 - 16-1/2 in.
