The vinification of the Raboso and Glera grapes is carried out separately, in the traditional way for each variety. First the Glera grapes are vinified, then the Raboso del Piave is added - in a percentage that varies according to the vintage - to give the wine pink hues and a fuller body. Once blended, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in stainless steel followed by a month of resting in stainless steel before bottling.
Food Pairing: Brunch, dessert, antipasti, seafood and spicy cuisine are all great occasions for Col de’ Salici Sparkling Rosé.
