Cakes need to be refrigerated and are freshest within one week from pickup, they can also be frozen for ~month after which they will continue to dry out.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, applesauce, egg, buttermilk, veg. fat, honey, *peanut or carob*
All cakes are decorated with carob writing.
