The PRO SKID-E is a robust and lightweight evacuation chair and is fully foldable for ease of storage. The SKID-E features a pair of telescopic handles at the front and rear for additional grip, making the SKID-E suitable for both stairway ascent and descent .

The addition of two self-braking and reinforced tracks offer stability and control during stairway descent operations and overcome obstacles with ease. Large 20cm wheels reduce vibration and friction during transport whilst making it easier to also transport across flat surfaces. Pivoting 10cm front wheels feature the brakes.

An integrated footrest improves the stability and overall causality comfort, along with adjustable headrest, head restraint, belt restraints and reinforced PVC seat. The adjustable PVC seat is also reinforced, provides extra comfort and is easy to keep clean.

Complying with the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR), the SKID-E provides a smooth, quick and safe evacuation for both the patient and the operator.

The PRO SKID-E Evacuation chair has a maximum load capacity of 250kg and is perfect for evacuating heavier patients. The PRO SKID range gives the best patient protection, whilst also ensuring operators are safe from lifting and handling injuries when in use.

SKID evacuation chairs are ideal for use in multi-storey buildings when lifts are unavailable or it's too tight for traditional stretcher trolleys and can be used to bring patients in a sitting position to an ambulance. Not suitable for for transportation inside the ambulance.
