Crafted from organically cultivated, estate-grown Gamay grapes (certified organic as of 2023), this wine is a true expression of the Morgon cru in Beaujolais. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a 12- to 15-day maceration, then fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks. It’s aged on the lees for a year in cement, lending texture and complexity, before a gentle filtration.
