ChiaoGoo’s TWIST Lace Shorties sets of interchangeable circular needles are ideal for projects with a small diameter, such as socks, mittens, hats or baby clothes. The 5 and 8cm-long stainless steel needle tips are compatible in several ways as circular needles measuring 23-36cm long. For instance, it is possible to have circular needles where the two needle tips differ in length – ideal for knitting socks or mittens. The pointy needle tips make these needles suitable for knitting patterns with multiple stitches, such as lace patterns, puff stitches, bubble and cable knitting. The extremely flexible (and memory-free) cable consists of multiple steel wires, which prevent the cable from kinking or twisting while knitting. The needle tips can be easily attached, tightened or loosened with the supplied tightening key. The set can be stored in a case that can accommodate several interchangeable needles and cables. In the small pocket you can store all sorts of other accessories, such as connectors, end stoppers, tightening keys and stitch markers. Both the large and small pockets have a zipper closure. The case can be attached to a larger bag for example by means of the ring. Available in MINI (with red cable and needle sizes 2.00-3.25mm) and SMALL (with blue X-FLEX cable and needle sizes 3.50-5.00mm).

• - 3 x blue TWIST X-FLEX cables in size S in 13, 15 and 20cm lengths
• - 2 x end stoppers
• - 2 x tightening keys
• - 2 x connectors
• - 6 x stitch markers
• - 1 x needle gauge (needle template)

General information applicable to all ChiaoGoo interchangeables

TWIST and SPIN products share the same screw size, making them compatible with each other. All needle tips and cables are laser engraved with the respective screw size:

• M = MINI, applies to needle sizes 1.50-2.50mm (10 and 13cm) and 1.50-3.25mm (8cm)
• S = Small, applies to needle sizes 2.75-5.00mm (10 and 13cm) and 3.50-5.00mm (8cm)
• L = Large, applies to needle sizes 5.50-10.00mm (10 and 13cm)

The MINI range is not compatible with the S and L screw size, therefore all MINI needle tips require a MINI cable. Please note that the 10cm- and 13cm-long MINI needle tips are too long for use with the 5cm-, 13cm- and 15cm-long MINI cables. They can be easily connected by means of a MINI cable connector to extend the cable length. ChiaoGoo also offers adapters which can connect MINI, S and L screw-sized products together.

Exception: the ChiaoGoo MINI SHORTIES needle tips (sizes 1.50-3.25mm) are only compatible with MINI screw-sized products.
