Das Blue Smart IP22 Batterieladegerät ist die kabellose Lösung zur Überwachung von Spannung und Strom, zum Anpassen von Einstellungen und zur Aktualisierung des Ladegerätes, wenn neue Funktionen verfügbar sind.

Hoher Leistungsgrad
Mit einem Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 94% erzeugen diese Ladegeräte im Vergleich zum Industriestandard bis zu viermal weniger Wärme. Nachdem die Batterie außerdem vollständig aufgeladen wurde, sinkt der Stromverbrauch auf weniger als 0,5 Watt, das ist etwa fünf bis zehn Mal besser, als der Industriestandard.

Adaptiver 6-stufiger Lade-Algorithmus: Test- Bulk - Absorption - Recondition - Float - Storgage
Das Blue Smart-Ladegerät zeichnet sich durch sein mikroprozessorgesteuertes, „adaptives” Batterie-Management aus. “Adaptiv“ bedeutet, dass der Ladevorgang automatisch der Art der Batterienutzung angepasst wird.

Lagerungs-Modus:
Weniger Wartung und Alterung im Ruhezustand der Batterie:
Der Lagerungs-Modus wird immer dann aktiviert, wenn innerhalb von 24 Stunden keine Entladung erfolgt ist. Die Ladeerhaltungsspannung wird dann auf 2,2V/Zelle (13,2V für eine 12V-Batterie) gesenkt, um die Gasentwicklung zu minimieren und damit eine Korrosion an den positiven Platten zu verhindern. Einmal pro Woche wird die Spannung auf den Level der Gasungsspannung erhöht. Dadurch wird eine Art Ausgleichsladung erzielt, die die Elektrolytschichtung und die Sulfatierung - die beiden Hauptgründe für vorzeitigen Batterieausfall - verhindert.

Lädt auch Lithium-Ionen (LiFePO4) Batterien
LiFePO4-Batterien werden mit einem einfachen Konstantstromphase – Konstantspannungsphase – Ladeerhaltungsspannungsphase Algorithmus geladen.

Die Einstellungen NIGHT und LOW
Befindet sich das Gerät im Modus NIGHT oder LOW, wird der Ausgangsstrom auf maximal 25% des Nennausgangs reduziert und das Ladegerät arbeitet absolut geräuschlos. Der Modus NIGHT endet automatisch nach 8 Stunden. Der Modus LOW lässt sich manuell beenden.

Schutz vor Überhitzung Der Ausgangsstrom wird verringert, wenn die Temperatur auf bis zu 50°C ansteigt, das Blue Smart Ladegerät versagt jedoch nicht.

Cheap Replacement
These are an easy replacement for anyone who owns a BMW m52/m54 engine that has PCV issues. My car was burning about 1 quart every 1,000 miles. The parts are direct fit and install fairly easy. If there is resistance, lube the hole or o-ring up with some grease and it will slide in easier. Took me about 2 hours start to finish. My mechanic recommended that I remove the intake manifold to do the job. I don’t see how you could do it without removing the intake manifold. These parts probably won’t last as long as true BMW parts but on a 20 year old car I don’t see the benefit in using genuine BMW parts. Cheap stuff will suffice; worst case it doesn’t last quite as long.

This CCV kit seems adequate. People say that because the hoses supplied with these kits are more brittle than the genuine BMW parts, these are tough to install... But they're really not. The ends on these hoses SWIVEL and you can sort of eyeball which way you need the fitting to be pointing BEFORE you put them on your manifold... They swivel, but they're tight and it takes a little force to turn them. ALSO, a little dab of silicone gel or a spray of silicone out of the can, into the fittings on these makes a world of difference when clicking them on... For the price, I highly recommend the kit.

I recently had to replace the starter on my 2001 325i E46 with about 150k miles. While I had the intake off, I figured it would be a good time to replace the CCV because I was unsure if it had ever been done. A lot can be forgiven for the price.
