Wir bieten die gehärteten Fräsradlager von Rexnord - mit K93-Endung. Nur mit K93-Endung sind die Fräsradlager (mit 1-3/4" Zoll Bohrung) einem speziellen Härteverfahren unterzogen worden und bieten eine deutlich verlängerte Lebensdauer. 

 

Um eine maximale Haltbarkeit unserer Fräsradlager zu gewährleisten, empfehlen wir:

- Schmiert alle 2 Betriebsstunden eure Lager mit unserem hochwertigen Lagerfett ab.

- Achte darauf, dass keine Unwucht entsteht! Die Fräszähne müssen gleichmäßig neu   oder abgenutzt sein.

- Entferne Verschmutzungen sofort, da Hitze die Dichtungen schädigt.

- Versetze die Maschine möglichst nicht über das Fräsrad.

- Reinige die Lager niemals mit einem Hochdruckreiniger.
