„Low and slow“ – mit wenig Hitze und viel Zeit räuchern wir zusammen mit dir das perfekte Pulled Pork, die leckersten Spare Ribs, Lachs, Huhn und vieles mehr aus dem Smoker. Erhalte Einblick in die Welt des echten BBQ und erfahre, worauf es beim Kauf der eigenen „Smoker Technik“ ankommt. Wir lieben Rauch!

Über den Tag verteilt smokern wir deshalb Frühstück, Mittag, Nachmittagssnacks, Abendbrot und für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Getränke und Speisen sind im Kurspreis inklusive.

Zum Einsatz kommen Amerikanischer Offsetsmoker "Lock", Keramikgrills, Pelletgrills, Rauchgeneratoren von SmokKing und Outdoorchef, Gasgrills mit Rauchtechnik, Räucherplanken und Späne von Axtschlag, Borniak und Thüros. Diverse Gussteile von Petromax und Gewürze/ Soßen von Ankerkraut, Klaus Grillt, Don Marco und American Heritage. (Änderungen vorbehalten)


Kursdauer: ca. 10 h (findet meist an einem Samstag statt)
