Die Cuvée Le Mont Aimé – Cœur de Terroir 2009 stammt aus der südlichen Spitze der Côte des Blancs, wo Kreide, Silex und kalkhaltige Flusssande ein einzigartiges Terroir bilden. Diese kühle, mineralische Lage bringt einen Chardonnay von außergewöhnlicher Klarheit und Tiefe hervor.

Die Trauben werden biologisch kultiviert, spontan vergoren und zu 58 % im Holz vinifiziert. Keine Dosage, keine Filtration – nur reine Struktur und Präzision.
